Will operate INCAT KK as a subsidiary of INCAT International
LONDON and TOKYO, Jan. 30 -- INCAT(R) International Ltd. and FASOTEC Co. Ltd. announced today that INCAT repurchased the FASOTEC equity stake in INCAT-FASOTEC (IFCO) KK (Kabushiki Kaisha), operating in Chiba, Japan effective January 1, 2004. The repurchase makes IFCO a wholly owned subsidiary of INCAT. The corporation will be renamed INCAT KK and further integrated into the operation and activities of the international INCAT group. INCAT KK is assisting leading OEMs in Japan with the transformation of their product lifecycle management (PLM) processes. Mr. Yoshihiko Takebe will continue in his role as the Managing Director of INCAT KK.
Mr. Shigeru Nagami, CEO and President of FASOTEC Co. Ltd., said, "We appreciated the productive and friendly relationship we have established with INCAT and we would like to keep this relationship in the future.
