Mirenco Completes 2004 Business Plan

RADCLIFFE, Iowa--Jan. 2, 20049, 2004--Mirenco, Inc., (OTCBB:MREO) has completed its Business Plan for 2004 which emphasizes new sales and marketing strategies and target markets.

"Strategically, we are transitioning the company from a research and development operation to an aggressive marketing company," said Dwayne Fosseen, Mirenco's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He earned a MBA degree from Washington University in Marketing and Management Information Systems.
