ADP Dealer Services Wins 2004 SupportSoft Award: 'Best Support Automation ROI'

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Jan. 29, 2004 -- The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. earned a "Best Support Automation ROI" award from SupportSoft for the company's World Class Service delivery and Customer Support tools.

Each year SupportSoft presents this award to the one company, from a customer list of 200, that has best demonstrated the innovative use of support automation software combined with a demonstrable return-on-investment. Previous winners include Cisco Systems.
