Mike Dunn, BIG president and chief executive officer announced the new investors, and noted that BIG will unveil a new state of the art software, BIGFNI Version 2.1 at National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) 2004 Convention January 30th, 2004 through Feb. 3rd at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth No. 5971.

Nasser and Roberts join a virtual "who's who of industry" veterans and BIG investors including Harold "Red" Poling, former Ford Motor chairman and CEO; Robert Eaton, former DaimlerChrysler chairman and CEO; and Steven Miller, Shell Oil chairman, president and CEO.

Ted Cunningham, BIG vice chairman of sales and marketing and former DaimlerChrysler executive vice president, noted that BIGFNI was introduced at the 2003 NADA Convention, and that since that time the company has updated its software based on input from the hundreds of dealers it signed up last year.

"We listened to the dealers and we have made our software more intuitive, more flexible and user friendly to the many IT systems at dealerships around the country," Cunningham said.

Bankers Integration Group, which has associations with top automotive finance lenders around the country such as National City Bank, FiresideThrift and others, pays dealers commission to use their system at no charge to the dealers.

Cunningham added that through the private investment and its lending partners, his company is able to provide the most technically advanced system for online auto financing at the most competitive rates. He said that BIG would be announcing more associations with other major lending associations during NADA.

"Our organization is comprised of automotive, finance and industry leaders who know the automobile dealer community and what they want and need," he said.
