American Commerce Solutions, Inc. to Post President's Letter on Website

BARTOW, Fla., Jan. 28, 2004 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today announced that a letter from the company president, Daniel L. Hefner, will be posted to www.aacssymbol.com, the company's official website, at noon today.

Mr. Hefner stated, "Last year at about this time, we sent out a President's Letter to let the stockholders know the status of their investment in American Commerce Solutions, Inc. We found that the response to that letter warranted a repeat this year. Over the last several months, activity on the corporate website has significantly increased, so we are posting the letter there and will make it available by mail to those who call our office at 863-533-0326 or write to the corporate office at 1400 Chamber Drive, Bartow, Florida 33830, Att: Robert Maxwell, Jr."

According to Hefner, the President's Letter is being presented as an overview of the general condition of the company. It is not intended to make any revelation of specific future plans, but rather progress of the company related to the business plan and anticipated opportunities.

American Commerce Solutions, Inc. is a holding company with two wholly owned subsidiaries; International Machine and Welding, Inc. and Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. Both companies are in the manufacturing segment and represent significant investment in assets and resources.

The company's business plan calls for growth by acquisition and to that end the company is currently negotiating with several acquisition targets. Hefner has previously announced that he expects to close another acquisition prior to the end of the current quarter, which ends on February 29th.
