Blackhawk Systems Incorporated Adds Robert Paul to Board of Directors

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich., Jan. 26, 2004 -- Blackhawk Systems Incorporated is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Paul to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Paul is currently CEO of Covisint, LLC, an automotive messaging and services company located in Southfield, MI.
