TULSA, Okla., Jan. 26, 2004 -- Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. will announce fourth quarter and full year 2003 financial results prior to market open on Thursday, February 5, 2004.

A conference call to review the company's fourth quarter and full year 2003 results will be held at 9:00 a.m. central time, on Thursday, February 5. Gary Paxton President and Chief Executive officer will lead the call. Also participating will be Don Himelfarb, Chief Administrative Officer and Steve Hildebrand, Chief Financial Officer.
