Reynolds and Reynolds and IT Soluciones Partner to Serve BMW Mexico
Team to deliver Reynolds' Incadea dealer management system solution to BMW automotive retailers in Mexico.
DAYTON, Ohio, Jan. 26 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and IT Soluciones announced today an agreement with BMW Mexico to provide Reynolds' international dealer management solution, Incadea, to BMW automotive retailers in Mexico. IT Soluciones, a Mexican-based technology company and strategic business partner to Reynolds, will localize the solution to meet country requirements.

Reynolds acquired the international platform in October when it acquired German-based Incadea AG. Built on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Navision enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, Reynolds' Incadea solution is the first truly international dealer management system. Flexible architecture enables it to be easily localized to support multiple languages, currencies and local business requirements by Reynolds partners such as IT Soluciones.
IT Soluciones will enhance Incadea to operate in Spanish, as well as function in accordance with Mexico's currency and business laws and processes. The company will also provide local service and support.

With automotive sales growing in Mexico -- approximately one million units were sold last year -- competition is also increasing among the nation's estimated 1,400 automotive retailers.

Reynolds and IT Soluciones are currently piloting the localization enhancements and the adapted solution will be available in the spring.
