R. L. Polk & Co. Retains Tom Cantwell To Advise On State Government Products and Services

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 23, 2004 -- R. L. Polk & Co. announced today that it has retained the services of Tom Cantwell of TPC Consulting, LLC. The continued relationship with Mr. Cantwell serves as another step in Polk's continued commitment to long-term viability and growth in its Government Services business unit.

Mr. Cantwell is the former Chief of the Motor Carrier Services Section of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Mr. Cantwell is charged with advising Polk on strategic positioning within the Government sector, consulting on Polk's Government related product offerings, providing input on marketing communication strategies for the Government sector and supporting Polk's Government Services sales team in growing customer relationships.
