Hiltz joins Holgate Motorsports

Ashley Hiltz Joins Holgate Motorsports for 2004

GILFORD, ONTARIO - (January 21, 2004) Seventeen-year-old Ashley Hiltz has 
signed with Holgate Motorsports Inc. for the 2004 Racing Season. Team 
Manager John Holgate made the announcement of the Scarborough, Ontario 
driver joining the team today.
"I am delighted to have Ashley join Holgate Motorsports," Team Manager John 
Holgate said. "Everyone here, including our other drivers join me in 
welcoming her to our team. Ashley brings a new dimension to our team and 
will compliment Brad LeLiever and Matt Stovold this year."

Ms. Hiltz accomplishments are many, particularly in F-125/ICC competition. 
At the 2003 Canadian GrandNationals, she won the F-125 race, taking home a 
coveted "Bear Trophy" - the second of her career, the first came in 2001.

Hiltz also took home the top spot in ICC at the 2002 Valleyfield Grand Prix 
in Quebec in 2002 to go along with a creditable 4th place at the SKUSA Pro 
Moto Tour at Norway, Illinois.
HIltz will compete in a Holgate Motorsports prepared CMP Chassis in the 
Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship in 2004 and focus her efforts on 
claiming the RotaxMax Sr championship. Joining her will be teammates Brad 
LeLiever - who finished 2nd in the F-1200 Issaco/ Kumho Tires Series and 
Matt Stovold who was The Innisfil Kart Club Rotax Max Champion. Hiltz is 
expected to add to an already strong team.

Hiltz is also expected to compete in the Issaco/Kumho F-1200 Series in an 
arrangement made by Holgate Motorsports Inc. Hiltz will test the car early 
in the spring in preparation for the upcoming 2004 season.

Holgate Motorsports is one of Ontario's top karting Motorsport teams, owned 
by Gilford Ontario's John Holgate. The team fields equipment for Brad 
LeLiever, Matt Stovold, Jim Flewwelling, Ashley Hiltz and Paul Gabusta. In 
2003, Holgate Motorsports won the coveted Pratt& Miller Award for 
presentation and appearance at the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship 
presented by Toronto Star Wheels.
