TORONTO, Jan. 15, 2004 -- IFS announced today that Azure Dynamics Inc. of Vancouver, British Columbia, has signed a contract to implement IFS Applications(TM) business software. Azure is a leading developer of proprietary hybrid electric vehicle technology for light- and medium-duty commercial vehicles.
