Surface Technologies, Inc. Engages Professional Auditing Firm

IRVINE, Calif.--Jan. 9, 2004--Surface Technologies, Inc. (OTC:SFCI) engaged Weinberg & Company of Boca Raton, Florida, to audit its books and records and submit to the Company's special securities counsel the SEC required documents so that counsel can prepare a Form 10-SB to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. The Company's objective is to become fully reporting and to be listed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board Electronic Exchange.

Weinberg & Company was peer certified by an AICPA approved CPA firm, is a member of the AICPA Division of Firms SEC and Private Companies Practices Sections, and is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
