Eaton Announces Live Webcast of Fourth Quarter 2003 Analyst Conference Call

CLEVELAND--Jan. 8, 2004--Eaton Corporation today said it will host a conference call on Wednesday, January 21, 2004 beginning at 10 a.m. EST. The purpose of the call is to discuss fourth quarter 2003 earnings results with security analysts and institutional investors.
