Delphi XM Roady Satellite Radio, Wireless FM Modulator, Back Up Aid Named Honorees for Innovations 2004 Design and Engineering Showcase at CES
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 8, 2004 -- Delphi Corp.'s XM Roady satellite radio receiver, new Roady Wireless FM Modulator and Forewarn Back-Up Aid were named honorees for the Innovations 2004 Design & Engineering Showcase, honoring this year's most innovative products in 21 categories. Honorees will be highlighted at the Innovations 2004 booth, Las Vegas Hilton at the 2004 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Jan. 8 -11, 2004.

A panel of prominent industry designers, engineers and journalists judge the Innovations 2004 Design and Engineering Awards. For the eighth year, the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) is endorsing and acting as advisors to the Design & Engineering Showcase. Product evaluations are based on four criteria -- user value, aesthetics, contributions to the quality of life and innovative qualities.
All honorees will be on display in the Grand Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center during the 2004 International CES.
The first satellite radio receiver system for the original equipment automotive market was introduced by Delphi in 2002 on Cadillac models.
