THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn.--Jan. 7, 2004--Arctic Cat Inc. will host a live Webcast of its fiscal 2004 third-quarter earnings conference call on Thursday, January 22, at 10:30 a.m. CT (11:30 a.m. ET), following the release of its earnings before the stock market opens that day.

Christopher Twomey, chairman and chief executive officer, and Tim Delmore, chief financial officer, will discuss the results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2003, and the company's outlook.
