Transpro Named as NAPA Branded Radiator Supplier

NEW HAVEN, Conn.--Jan. 7, 2004--Transpro, Inc., (AMEX:TPR) announced today that it has been named as the supplier of a new radiator program for NAPA, the Automotive Parts Group of Genuine Parts Company .

Under the agreement, Transpro will supply NAPA with a radiator program that will offer a selection of the most popular radiator models in the market covering a variety of automotive and light truck applications. Transpro will begin shipping product to NAPA this month, and the program will be rolled out to the NAPA distribution system in February.

The Automotive Parts Group, the largest division of Genuine Parts Company, distributes automotive replacement parts, accessory items and service items. This Group operates 57 NAPA distribution centers, 4 Balkamp distribution centers, 6 Rayloc facilities and 11 Johnson Industries facilities and serves approximately 5,800 NAPA Auto Parts stores throughout the United States. This Group also includes NAPA Canada/UAP with 15 distribution centers that serve 650 wholesalers and Auto Todo with 10 distribution centers and 18 company-owned stores in Mexico.
