Auto-Q International Inc. Receives Additional FleetTrak Order from Pepsi Cola Subsidiary for $126,000

LONDON, January 7 -- Auto-Q Has Received $256,000 in Purchase Orders in the Last 12 Months from Walkers, a UK Subsidiary of Pepsi Cola

Auto-Q International Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AUTQ), a leading provider of vehicle tracking and monitoring systems for trucking fleets and consumers, announced today that it has received another purchase order from Walkers (Snacks) Distribution Ltd., a UK subsidiary of Pepsi Cola, for $126,000 for the installation of its FleetTrak System with PDA mobile telephone facility on 24 Walkers' vehicles.

This current purchase order of $126,000 is in addition to the $42,000 the company just received to complete the remaining balance of the $130,000 original purchase order that Auto Q received this past year. This order represents $256,000 in purchase orders that Auto Q International has received from Walkers (Snacks) Distribution Ltd.

Walkers (Snacks) Distribution Ltd, a UK subsidiary of Pepsi Cola Corporation in the US, has a large trucking fleet to distribute its snack foods products. Walkers has asked Auto-Q to install in-cab mobile telephones across their whole 225 vehicle trucking fleet. Walkers has the Fleet Trak system on 225 vehicles and reports fuel savings in the region of five per cent, a huge payback on such a large fleet.

The benefits of the FleetTrak System to the operator include an immediate payback of a 5-10% fuel saving across a typical mixed fleet, along with longer vehicle life and lower maintenance. But the payoff goes way beyond mere economics. The system provides the operator with a safeguard against the kind of heavy-footed, impatient driving that can lead to anything from a speeding ticket to a corporate manslaughter charge.
