Agilisys Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 2004 Results

Fifth Consecutive Quarter of Sequential Revenue Growth

ATLANTA, Jan. 6 -- Agilisys, a leading global provider of vertically oriented enterprise business solutions to select manufacturing industries, today announced financial results for the second quarter ended November 30, 2003.

Total revenue for the second quarter was $33.5 million, representing a 352% increase over the second quarter last year, and a sequential increase of 2% over the quarter ended August 31, 2003. This marks the fifth consecutive quarter of sequential revenue growth for the company.

Revenues from license fees in the second quarter were $6.9 million, up 364% over last year, and 21% of total revenues for the quarter.

Second quarter Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) were $7.1 million.

Year-to-date revenue totaled $66.5 million, an increase of 295% from 2002. EBITDA was $14.3 million.

Strategic Acquisition - Tender offer announced for Infor Business Solutions AG

November 14, 2003 - Agilisys initiated a tender offer to acquire Infor Business Solutions AG, a publicly traded, leading provider of business solutions for the discrete manufacturing market in Europe. Infor AG will bring approximately 3,500 customer implementations to Agilisys resulting in combined revenues of over $200 million, 6,500 customers and 1,300 employees. The transaction is expected to close during February.

Leading organizations continue to choose Agilisys applications to increase profits and optimize their supply chains. Companies that purchased one or more of our enterprise suite of applications during the second quarter included: Interbrew, Davigel, Apollo America, ArvinMeritor, Saturn Electronics, Hayes Lemmerz, Piston Automotive, Australian Wheat Board, Aventis Pasteur, Fosters, Findus, King and Prince, Nature's Sunshine, Unilever Ola, Pharmacia and Agrifirm.

Successful Customer Roll-outs

During the first quarter, Agilisys successfully rolled out implementations at Molson, Coca Cola, Philip Morris, Southwire, Riceland, Cantisano Foods, Gold 'n Plump, Kerry Foods, Pharmacia, Campina, Egana Europe GmbH, Egana ETLC, Garador in the UK, Capro, Superior Industries, Trim Masters, Hayes Lemmerz, ITW Engineered Components, Collins & Aikman, Volkswagen, Magna, Faurecia, TRW (Netherlands and Romania) and Sarnatec.
