Nissan North America Reports December 2003 Sales
GARDENA, Calif.--Jan. 5, 2004--Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) reported December total sales of 66,970 for its Nissan and Infiniti divisions, a 12.0 percent increase versus December of last year. NNA reports selling 794,481 units for CY03, a 7.4 percent increase versus CY02.NISSAN HIGHLIGHTS
-- December sales for Nissan-brand vehicles were up 10.9 percent when compared to last December, with 56,999 units sold
-- CY03 sales for Nissan-brand vehicles are up 3.7 percent versus CY02 with 675,826 units sold
INFINITI HIGHLIGHTS
-- Sales for Infiniti, the luxury division of NNA, increased 18.5 percent from last December, with 9,971 units sold
-- CY03 marks Infiniti's best sales year with 118,655 units sold accounting for a 35.0 percent increase versus CY02

-- Combined December sales for Nissan and Infiniti totaled 66,970 units, a 12.0 percent increase from last December
