Magna International Inc. - 2004 Outlook

TORONTO, Dec. 31, 2003 -- Magna International Inc. (TSX: MG.A, MG.B; NYSE: MGA) will announce its outlook for 2004 on Wednesday, January 7, 2004.

Magna will present its 2004 outlook at the Auto Analysts of New York (AANY) Detroit Auto Conference on Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 11:45 a.m. EST (Toronto Time).
