Diodes Incorporated to Present at Needham Growth Conference

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--Dec. 2, 20039, 2003--Diodes Incorporated , a leading manufacturer and supplier of high quality discrete semiconductors, announced that the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Carl Wertz, is scheduled to speak at the Sixth Annual Needham & Company Growth Conference at 9:30 am EST on Wednesday, January 7, 2004.

The Sixth Annual Needham & Company Growth Conference is scheduled for January 6-9, 2004 at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City. The conference will highlight more than 250 leading companies from the technology sector.
