MERIDIAN SPEEDWAY BECOMES FIRST IDAHO ASA MEMBER TRACK

PENDLETON, Ind. (December 23, 2003) - Idaho's Meridian Speedway, promoted by
former Indy Racing League standout Davey Hamilton, has signed an agreement with the
American Speed Association Member Track program for the 2004 season.

"I'm looking forward to developing a relationship with ASA and taking our speedway to
the next level," said Davey Hamilton, president of operations for Meridian Speedway.
"The ASA Member Track program will give Meridian Speedway more exposure that will
assist with better opportunities in receiving sponsorship for our track and competitors.
ASA is involved with a lot of exciting plans and we are thrilled to be associated with them
in 2004."

Meridian Speedway is located in southwest Idaho, 10 miles east of Boise, offers nine
different racing classes. Featured divisions at the .25-mile oval include: 360 Sprints, Late
Models, Grand American Modifieds, Limited Stocks, Late Model Lites, Super Sixes,
Bombers, Future Stocks and Hornets.

Hamilton has an extensive racing background prior to moving into his new position at
Meridian Speedway. He was a regular fixture on the Indy Racing League circuit, finishing
runner-up in the point standings on two occasions. His diverse driving career includes
appearances in USAC, Supermodifieds and NASCAR.

"Meridian Speedway has a long and rich history as a leader of motorsports
entertainment in Idaho," said Dennis Huth, ASA Member Track program director. "The
track has a dedicated group of great short track competitors, sponsors, fans and the
famous and respected Davey Hamilton operating the track makes it a perfect addition to
our ASA Member Track family.

The ASA Member Track program is designed for weekly short track venues to make
available many of the policies, principles, procedures and components that have made
the American Speed Association a premier short track sanctioning body for 36 years.

Participating tracks receive contributions to their year-end points fund, marketing
opportunities, and join a small, select group of elite tracks displaying the ASA Member
Track logo.

ASA Member Tracks showcase exciting competition with their local racing programs,
providing training grounds for the ASA Racing stars of tomorrow. Through the ASA
Member Track program, "We Build Champions. "
