FERGUS FALLS, I-94 EXTEND ASA MEMBER TRACK PROGRAM

PENDLETON, Ind. (December 22, 2003) -- Continuing its successful affiliation with the
rapidly expanding American Speed Association Member Track program, Fergus Falls
Raceway and I-94 Raceway, owned by TNT Properties, have formed an agreement for
the 2004 racing season. This marks the third season that weekly racing at I-94 Raceway
has been under the ASA Racing banner and the second year for Fergus Falls Raceway.

"We are excited with the opportunity for both Fergus Falls and I-94 to be under the ASA
Racing umbrella," said Tim Olson, co-owner of Fergus Falls Raceway and I-94
Raceway. "It will be beneficial for both tracks to utilize the knowledge of ASA Racing and
Dennis Huth, ASA Member Track program director. Anytime we can be affiliated with
ASA's nationally touring series allows for both of our tracks to grow into stronger weekly
racetracks."

Both Fergus Falls Raceway and I-94 Raceway are .375-mile, high-banked asphalt ovals.
Fergus Falls hosts racing on Friday nights while I-94 Raceway competes on Saturday
evenings. Both ASA Member Tracks showcase six exciting divisions competing on a
weekly basis: Late Models, Modifieds, Legends, Super Stocks, Thunder Cars and
UCARs.

TNT Properties, owned by Tim and Ted Olson, manage and operation both I-94
Raceway in Sauk Centre, Minn., and Fergus Falls Raceway in Fergus Falls, Minn. The
Olsons have a long history in motorsports dating back to the 1950s when Floyd, the
family patriarch, started his racing career. Sons Tim and Ted followed in his racing
footsteps. Tim has an extensive racing background, racing Late Models professionally
throughout the country.

The ASA Member Track program is designed for weekly short track venues to make
available many of the policies, principles, procedures and components that have made
the American Speed Association a premier short track sanctioning body for 36 years.

Participating tracks receive contributions to their year-end points fund, marketing
opportunities, and join a small, select group of elite tracks displaying the ASA Member
Track logo.

ASA Member Tracks showcase exciting competition with their local racing programs,
providing training grounds for the ASA Racing stars of tomorrow. Through the ASA
Member Track program, "We Build Champions. "

The American Speed Association offers racing on three levels: ASA National Tour, ASA
Late Model Series and through the rapidly expanding ASA Member Track program. For
