Evader Motorbikes Now Selling in China

HONG KONG--Dec. 1, 20039, 2003--Bellevue, Washington based Evader, Inc. ( www.evader.us ) (NASD.OTC:EVDR), the makers of an affordable line of all-electric motor scooters and motor cycles that are powered by the Company's leading-edge proprietary technology today announced the formation of Evader Limited in China and that the company has launched sales of the EV100 model.

"More than 1,500 units have been sold in China over the last month or so," stated Jim Lawson, Evader's President of Asian Business Development, "This is only the beginning. Interest in Evader bikes is phenomenal. We have received requests from almost 100 countries to buy Evader motorbikes."

The company also signed an exclusive ten-year manufacturing, supply, joint venture, technology and trademark agreement with Guangdong Kingtown Group Guangzhou Tianma Motorcycle Co., Ltd. of the Guangdong Province in China. "This exclusive agreement solidifies our partnership with the Kingtown Motorcycle Group," said Brent Nelson, Managing Director of Evader, "With a capacity to build more than 50,000 units a month, Evader now has a reliable, high quality and long term supplier. This will keep our product lines competitive for years to come."
