Nationwide Safe*T*Propane, Inc. Announces Successful Conclusion of Ford Crown Victoria Fuel Tank Explosion Suppression Tests

GERMANTOWN, Ohio, Dec. 18, 2003 -- George Kuhn, president of Nationwide Safe*T*Propane, Inc. (NSFE), announced today the successful testing of it's new explosion suppression system for the Ford Crown Victoria Fuel Tank in 55 MPH rear end crash simulations that previously resulted in ruptures in the fuel tank, causing explosions and/or occupant compartment fires resulting in the death of at least 15 law enforcement officers and other officers being seriously injured.

The tests included using an un-protected tank for a baseline result ("impact rupture") and then various configurations of NSFE's patented (Patent # 6,604,644 issued August 12, 2003) explosion suppression technology. The test results were that protected tanks sustained little or no damage and no leaks, while unprotected tanks tested in the exact same manner where destroyed beyond use.

The conclusions of the final report of the tests conducted by Southwest Research Institute(TM) of San Antonio, Texas (www.SWRI.org) reads:

"There was no failure note in Test 4 (containing NSFE's patented explosion suppression system) upon impact into the burning gasoline ignition sources, and fuel in the tank did not cook-off after several minutes exposure to the fuel fire. It should be noted that fuel remained in the tank after extinguishing the fire, indicating a SUCCESS IN PREVENTING FUEL TANK RUPTURE AND FUEL SPILLAGE leading to a catastrophic fire."

Ford Motor Company did not pay for the test and has no on going interest or dialogue with NSFE, however, only Ford Crown Victoria fuel tanks were used in the test.

Nationwide Safe*T*Propane, Inc. will now begin marketing of their patented explosion suppression system to police departments throughout the US and Canada. The complete test results and test video may be seen at www.nstp.biz or a hard copy will be sent upon request.

Although these tests and the results are very exciting for the company, investors should be aware that the company remains focused on it's core business model which is developing a market for it's patented CGX-4(R) and explosion resistant propane Safe*T*Cylinders(R) in the industrial lift truck markets. The company has developed a very user friendly system for the delivery and maintenance of industrial cylinders.

Jay Kothari, who recently began working as a consultant to the company has made very good headway into the sale of market areas for propane retailers interested in using the Nationwide Safe*T* Propane, Inc. business model to operate their businesses.
