FullCircle Registry, Inc. Announces New ENC Global Emergency Notification Service

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 17, 2003 -- FullCircle Registry, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: FLCR) , today announced the acquisition of Emergency Notification Company Global (ENC Global), a new product that will be marketed by the Company's Emergency Notification Division.

ENC Global is an emergency notification service wherein a customer's four (4) emergency contacts are notified by a call center in the event of an emergency. Each customer is issued an emergency ID card for his/her wallet or purse, a key chain pendant and a decal for vehicles. These devices alert emergency personnel to contact the call center, which will immediately begin notifying the member's family, friends or other specified contacts.

The ENC product will initially target the automotive industry as both a value-added benefit for vehicle purchasers and a lead generation tool for auto dealers.

"We believe this new product line will be highly marketable due to the value that it brings to both the auto dealer and the consumer," stated Isaac Boutwell, President and Chief Executive Officer of FullCircle Registry, Inc. "Lead generation programs are a valuable tool in the auto industry, and this service provides new prospects to the dealer, while providing a valuable service to the person that just purchased a car in the event of a vehicular accident or other emergency."

"The ENC Global product is priced at a level that will encourage participating automobile dealers to include the benefit with every car sold," observed Trent Oakley, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of FullCircle Registry, Inc. "We will also introduce this program to potential customers in the insurance and other industries."
