Bill Sickler Joins Arzoon as Chief Executive Officer

Successful Technology Executive Brings Strong Background of
Sales Growth and Operational Leadership to Global Supply
Chain Company

SAN MATEO, Calif., Dec. 16, 2003 -- Arzoon, Inc., a leading
provider of Supply Chain Process Management (SCPM)
technology, today announced the appointment of long-time
Silicon Valley veteran Bill Sickler as CEO and President.
Sickler brings over 27 years of strong leadership and
operational experience to Arzoon.

Sickler will succeed Farid Dibachi, founder of Arzoon, who
resigned to pursue other interests. Dibachi co-founded
Arzoon in 1999 with a vision of providing software for
supply chain execution and visibility that unifies
international trade logistics and transportation management
on a single platform. Under Dibachi's leadership, Arzoon was
able to acquire such Global 2000 clients as Solectron,
Saint-Gobain, Union Pacific Railroad, and McLane/Vantix
Logistics.

"Bill comes to Arzoon with outstanding execution and solid
leadership skills in the high technology industry, including
tenure as CEO of Gadzoox, where he completed a successful
IPO and helped drive the valuation of the company over $1
billion," said Bob Todd, Arzoon board member and General
Partner with Red Rock Ventures. "Over the past ten years, as
CEO with four technology companies, Bill has delivered rapid
growth while building processes and infrastructure to
support future expansion. We expect him to continue to
expand Arzoon's market share and drive the Company toward
long term profitability."

Prior to joining Arzoon, Sickler served as the CEO for
Reactive Network Solutions, Caspian Networks, Gadzoox
Networks, and Network Computing. While at Caspian Networks
he focused on re-structuring the executive, sales, and
engineering teams and reduced the company's expense rate by
35% while keeping product development and delivery on
schedule. As a result of these accomplishments, Caspian was
able to successfully raise $120 million in a fourth round of
private financing. During his tenure at Gadzoox Networks,
the Company became an early leader in the SAN market and
completed a successful IPO. At Network Computing, Sickler
tripled revenue while cutting expenses in two and a half
years. Sickler also spent 12 years at Ungermann-Bass where
his last position was chief operating officer.

"Arzoon has the right ingredients and momentum to be a
driving force in the global supply chain execution market.
The Arzoon LIFE(TM) product suite gives our customers the
power of Global Execution and our whole-product approach to
supply chain execution, trading partner integration and
financial management delivers comprehensive control and
