Dana Corporation to Supply Suspension Modules to Transcraft Corporation

TOLEDO, Ohio, Dec. 15, 2003 -- Dana Corporation announced today that its Commercial Vehicle Systems operation has been selected as the standard and preferred suspension supplier for Transcraft Corporation. Dana will supply Dana Spicer(R) RF Series air-ride suspensions for Transcraft's Eagle and Eagle II flatbed combo trailers.
