Roush Appoints John Nechiporchik to President of Manufacturing Division

LIVONIA, Mich., Dec. 15, 2003 -- Roush, a leading supplier of advanced automotive engineering services and manufacturer of specialty vehicle body accessories, today announced the appointment of John Nechiporchik to President of the Roush Manufacturing Division.

"With John we had the opportunity to add a key executive who not only is a proven leader but one who has demonstrated success in all phases of growth in the specialty vehicle manufacturing and assembly business," said Roush CEO Evan Lyall.

Nechiporchik has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, including his most recent position as President of Guide Corporation, a leading North American supplier of automotive lighting systems. Earlier, he served 19 years at American Sunroof Corporation (ASC), eventually becoming President and COO of ASC's Specialty Vehicles Group, focusing on development and production. Before his appointment as President and COO, Nechiporchik held positions as plant and program manager; Assistant General Manager, General Manager of Operations and Vice President of ASC's Automobile Specialty Company.

Nechiporchik holds a bachelor's degree in industrial administration from General Motors Institute.
