Ford Declares First Quarter Dividend

DEARBORN, Mich., Dec. 11, 2003 -- The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company today declared a first quarter dividend of 10 cents per share, on the company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2003.

The first quarter dividend is payable on March 1, 2004 to shareholders of record on Jan. 30, 2004.
