Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

Flexsteel Industries, Inc. ... The Board of Directors declared its first quarter dividend of $.13 per share payable January 5, 2004 to shareholders on record as of December 22, 2003. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 248th consecutive cash dividend.
