Mach One Corporation: Company Enters Into New Business Venture

LAS VEGAS--Dec. 9, 2003--Mr. Weymann Cheng, President, reports that Mach One Corporation ("Mach One") has entered into a Letter of Intent with SHEC Labs - Solar Hydrogen Energy Corporation ("SHEC") pursuant to which Mach One will commit to assist SHEC in securing up to $10 million in development capital. SHEC's primary focus is to develop cost effective, clean and renewable processes to produce hydrogen from water using sunlight. As stated on SHEC's web-site, it is SHEC's belief that clean renewable Hydrogen is the worlds best choice for a sustainable energy future and to improve the quality of the air we breath.

SHEC LABS has developed an advanced, low cost "Solar Concentrator Technology" for its proprietary hydrogen production process. This concentrator technology also has application for heating, even in extreme cold climates, as well as air conditioning, power generation and other uses. Applications for the "Solar Concentrator Technology" are for both large-scale industrial applications as well as small-scale personal energy systems. SHEC labs have recently received critical validation of their technology by receiving major grant money from the Canadian Government.

The hydrogen fuel market is currently $10 billion in North America and is expected to grow to be in excess of $100 billion over the next decade.
