CCC Information Services Adds New Search Functions to CCC Autoverse Claim Management

CCC Information Services Inc. today announces the integration of an enhanced search engine into CCC Autoverse(TM) Claim Management, a Web-based product for insurers that provides a central location to dispatch, receive, review and conclude the physical damage process of an auto claim. The enhanced search component allows users to conduct targeted searches of estimates and insurance claims within folders residing in CCC Autoverse Claim Management. Users can conduct searches using a number of criteria including: amount of estimate; appraisal source; claim adjuster; desk reviewer; reinspector; and if the estimate has any accompanying photos. Users are also able to save and name frequent searches, which can be launched with a single mouse click.
"The real-world uses of this tool are tremendous," added Dickens. "Insurance users can quickly locate claims that need appraisers and send to field staff, helping to balance work loads. And, managers are now able to conduct searches on various criteria to effectively monitor areas like cycle time, audit compliance, and workloads."
