              WalTom Racing Announces Formation of
                   Second Team, Hires Howie Lettow

Pendleton,  Ind.  (December  4,  2003)  -  WalTom  Racing,  based  out  of  Chicago,  Ill.,
announced the addition of a second full-time race team to its successful and expanding
ASA National Tour program for the 2004 season. The highly regarded Howie Lettow will
serve as crew chief for the new team, with the driver to be named at a later date.

"We certainly have two of the best crew chiefs in ASA Racing history with Howie Lettow
joining the organization for the 2004 season," said John Mulvena, general manager of
WalTom  Racing.  "The  combination  of  Howie  along with the established relationship of
Robbie  Pyle  and Bill McGowan will make for some great competitive racing action for
WalTom Racing. Howie is a great selection for our second team, which will be a driver
development program. He has an impressive history in working with young drivers and
guiding them to rookie championships."

David Stremme, of South Bend, Ind., became the seventh driver that Lettow guided to
the  prestigious  $50,000  to-win ASA  Rookie  of  the Year honors in 2002. Stremme was
the Busch Series Rookie of the Year this season. Pat Schauer was the first of Lettow's
ASA top rookies in 1981, followed by Ken Lund in 1984, Ted Musgrave in 1987, Scott
Hansen  in  1989  and  Jimmie  Johnson  in  1998.  Lettow  was  the  crew  chief  for  Tony
Raines during his 1996 ASA Championship season.

The  second  WalTom  Racing  team  will  be  based  out  of  Milwaukee,  Wis.,  in  the  same
location  that  Lettow  managed  Go-Go  Motorsports  for  the  past  two  seasons  with
Stremme  and  South  Carolina  standout  Toby  Porter.  Go-Go  Motorsports  relocated  to
Porter's shop in the early portion of November, with Lettow parting from that operation.

"Ron (Daniels) decided to move the team to Toby's shop in South Carolina and I wasn't
in  a  position  where  I  could  do  that,"  said  Howie  Lettow.  "I  began  looking  around,
checking my options for next year. I met with Tom Gleitsman and discussed the potential
of  working  with  a  rookie  driver  in  a  second  team.  It's  a  great  opportunity  for  me  and
WalTom Racing is a first class operation. It will be a great fit for me."

The 2004 season marks the first occasion in nearly 20 years that Lettow will wrench on
a Howe Racing Enterprises Chassis. In the 1980's he utilized a Howe with rookie driver
Ken Lund.

"It will be a little different working with the Howe Chassis, but Bill McGowan and Robbie
Pyle will be a tremendous help. The knowledge of Bill and Robbie will help the learning
curve.  I  would  be  more  worried  if  it  was  a  single  car  operation.  With  WalTom's
relationship with Howe, I'm confident we have the potential for a good first season."

                                            -MORE-

Lettow will continue his relationship with car chief Ron Tretow, who was a major part of
the  Go-Go  Motorsports  success  over  the  past  40  ASA  events  with  drivers  David
Stremme and Toby Porter.

WalTom  Racing  is  currently  testing  drivers for the Lettow led team. Interesting drivers
can  contact  John  Mulvena  by  emailing  him  at  jmulvena@texor.com. The  team  is  also
accepting applications for full-time positions to work with Robbie Pyle and Howie Lettow.

Robbie Pyle began driving for WalTom Racing at the third event of the 2001 season at
Big Daddy's South Boston Speedway. Pyle collected the team's initial victory at Madison
International Speedway in July of that season. In three seasons, he has made 54 starts,
compiling three victories, nine poles, 17 top-five finishes and 34 top 10s. He placed a
career best third in the 2003 ASA National Point Standings.

"Having  Howie  (Lettow)  as  part  of  the  race  team  is  a  plus  for  everyone  involved  in
WalTom Racing. With the second team it will bring more great people into the mix and is
a  great  opportunity  for  a  rookie  driver  with  the  knowledge  that  Bill  (McGowan)  and
Howie have acquired in their motorsports careers. "

Bill McGowan returns for a second consecutive season with WalTom Racing as Robbie
Pyle's    crew    chief.    McGowan    previously    guided    Gary    St.   Amant    to    National
Championships in 1998 and 2000 with Michigan-based Automotive Promotions Inc.

"Anytime  you  can  have  multiple  drivers  competing  under  the  same  team,  it  will  be
beneficial to everyone involved," said Bill McGowan. "Tom and Wally Gleitsman will allow
for Howie and myself to do our own deal and we can learn from each other.  Last year I
kept an open mind with it being the first season working with the Howe car. We tried to
keep realistic goals and in 2004 have aspirations of winning the championship. WalTom
had  a  good  established  team  and  the  relationship  Robbie developed with Chas Howe
has been a great asset for our team."

An  additional  announcement  on  the  second  team  for  WalTom  Racing  will  be  forth
coming.  For  more  information  visit  ASA  Racing  at  www.asaracing.com  or  WalTom
