Sports Wheels, Inc. Signs Agreement with Promotional Containers, Inc.

VANCOUVER, Wash.--Dec. 3, 2003--Sports Wheels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SSWH), is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Promotional Containers, Inc., a Lexington, Kentucky based company to promote and provide access to major league sports and college industries.

Sports Wheels has an application for permanently applying color and designer images on to wheel rims and covers of automobiles or any metallic object making it unique in the ability to apply Company, personal, school, or sports logos to a multitude of objects.
