The mission of NCADD is to continue the efforts of the Presidential Commission to reduce impaired driving and its tragic consequences by uniting a broadly based coalition of public and private sector organizations and other concerned individuals who share this common purpose. NCADD is sponsoring the 2003 awards event in partnership with Farmers Insurance Group.
