All parties in the Certified Integration Program will participate in a business and technical review, perform integration testing, and conduct comprehensive quality control testing prior to deployment at collision repair facilities. When providers successfully complete the integration process, collision repair facilities will be able to move easily between these providers' systems and OEConnection's order management products, giving shops a simpler and more fluid workflow for collision-related original equipment parts ordering.
"The goal of this certification program is to create an improved, seamless workflow for collision repairers, automating a manual process and ultimately improving repairer productivity and vehicle cycle-time. Our aim is to help collision shops increase customer satisfaction and retention and ultimately their profits," says Ted Fellowes, OEConnection's Vice President of Order Management. "Integration is designed to allow two-way communication of order status, accurate parts ordering, and more order information between the user's system and OEConnection's order management products."
The certification process is open to all collision industry information or technology providers interested in integrating with OEConnection's order management tools. For providers wanting to learn more about integration with OEConnection products, the company is exhibiting at the upcoming NACE tradeshow in Orlando, Florida.
