Hyundai Sales Up 6 Percent in November

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Dec. 2, 2003 -- Hyundai Motor America today announced sales of 27,643 vehicles for the month of November, an increase of 6.1 percent over last November. Year-to-date sales of Hyundai vehicles in the U.S. are up 4.5 percent.

"Hyundai is positioned to achieve yet another record sales year," said Hyundai's Vice President, National Sales, Edward F. Bradley. "Consumers are looking for real world value and that is exactly what Hyundai vehicles deliver," he said. Hyundai's November sales were led by the compact Elantra, the award-winning Santa Fe sport utility vehicle and the midsize Sonata sedan.

"All Hyundai vehicles sold in the U.S. are also covered by the Hyundai Advantage, America's Best Warranty, which includes the outstanding 10-year/100,000 Powertrain Warranty," Bradley said. "It's all part of the great Hyundai value story."
