Unsung Heroes in War on Drunk Driving to Receive National Honors

  WHAT:       To help kick off the December holiday season's National Drunk
              and Drugged Driving Prevention Month, the National Commission
              Against Drunk Driving (NCADD) will hold a special ceremony to
              honor unsung heroes from across the nation who are leaders in
              the fight against drunk driving and underage drinking.

  WHEN:       THURSDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2003, at 12:00 p.m.

  WHERE:      Army-Navy Club, 901 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC (17th
              between K and "Eye" Streets)

  WHO:        NCADD Chairman Robert Stempel and NCADD President John Moulden
              will preside over the awards luncheon where they will present
              the 2003 NCADD honors to:

The NCADD (www.ncadd.com) is the successor to the Presidential Commission on Drunk Driving appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1982.
