GVW Parts Taps Kosmin to Be President

WEST CHICAGO, Ill., Nov. 24, 2003 -- Chuck Kosmin has been selected President of GVW Parts. GVW Parts is a parts supplier for all brands manufactured by GVW Holdings group of companies -- Workhorse Custom Chassis, Autocar, and Union City Body Company. Kosmin joined GVW Holdings in 2001 as vice president of original equipment business for GVW Parts, where he was most responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and dealer satisfaction.

Andrew Taitz, chairman and chief executive officer of GVW Holdings, said, "Chuck has been a key contributor to the GVW Parts' success story. I look forward with confidence that he will continue to lead and grow this business."

Prior to joining GVW Holdings, Kosmin was vice president of sales and marketing, overseeing the $150 million parts operations for Motor Coach Industries, a leading manufacturer of highway coaches. Previously, he was general manager for Meridian Parts Corporation, and began his career with Hausman Bus Sales and Parts Company.

GVW Holdings is located in Highland Park, Ill. Manufacturing facilities for its companies are located in Union City and Hagerstown, Ind., and headquarters for GVW Parts is in West Chicago.
