Wescom Selected as Credit Union for Mitsubishi Employees

PASADENA, Calif.--Nov. 2, 20030, 2003--Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc., (MMNA) has selected Wescom Credit Union as its Cypress-based headquarters employee credit union, announced Wescom President and CEO Darren Williams, today.

"It is an honor to be selected as the credit union for the employees of an organization with the worldwide status and presence of Mitsubishi Motors," Williams said. "Our commitment to service, combined with our full range of financial services, accessible branches throughout Southern California, and our competitive products and services, make us an excellent choice for Southern California employers."

As part of the agreement that makes Wescom MMNA's employee credit union, a Wescom ATM machine will be installed on company premises, and employees will receive the personalized service of a Wescom business development officer.

"Wescom Credit Union's member benefits, technical expertise, range of financial products, and overall member-first attitude led to our decision to select them as our employee credit union," MMNA Benefits Manager Maria Beane said. "We wanted to provide our employees with the best full-service financial institution possible."

Wescom Credit Union is a not-for-profit, financial services cooperative serving more than 200,000 members at 25 branches throughout Southern California.
