SiriCOMM Announces Manufacturing and Distribution Strategy for InstaCHECK

Sure Power to Manufacture InstaCHECK and Pana-Pacific to Distribute It

JOPLIN, Mo., Nov. 19 -- SiriCOMM, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SIRC) , a nationwide broadband wireless software and network infrastructure solutions company for the commercial transportation industry and government market, today announced that Sure Power Industries, Inc. will manufacture InstaCHECK devices and that Pana-Pacific will manage fleet and OEM distribution.

SiriCOMM utilizes InstaCHECK, developed by Vehicle Enhancement Systems (VES) and Purkey's Fleet Electric, to deliver remote vehicle and driver performance data to fleet managers. This is achieved without vehicles being physically present at a maintenance facility or being taken out of service. Automating these critical data collection processes substantially improves data accessibility, fleet in-service rates, and direct cost savings. Without SiriCOMM's service and InstaCHECK, vehicle owners incur significant expenses through on-site, manual downloads and the opportunity cost of lost time when the vehicle is not operational. In addition to helping vehicle owners avoid costly breakdowns and operating inefficiencies, SiriCOMM will also provide vehicle manufacturers with critical product reliability and warranty data. SiriCOMM worked with VES to Wi-Fi enable InstaCHECK.

For over forty years Sure Power has been manufacturing innovative, reliable and cost competitive products and services for a wide variety of markets including truck, bus, marine and automotive. Pana-Pacific has serviced the heavy-truck industry for over twenty-five years as a leading wholesale supplier of audio, video, communications, telematics and electronics equipment. Through the combined efforts of these companies, InstaCHECK will move swiftly from manufacturing to customers' hands, saving considerable time and expense.

Hank Hoffman, SiriCOMM CEO and President, "This announcement demonstrates SiriCOMM's continuing commitment to deliver cost-efficient solutions to the industry. We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with two proven partners with such outstanding reputations as we deliver our solution to the industry."

SiriCOMM and its distribution partner, Pana-Pacific, will sell InstaCHECK as both a standalone product and bundled with other SiriCOMM applications.
