New York International Auto Show Releases 2004 Dates
America's Longest-Running Auto Show Opens to the Public April 9th
NEW YORK, Nov. 18 -- The Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association (GNYADA) has set the dates for the 2004 New York International Automobile Show.
The Auto Show public dates are Friday, April 9 to Sunday, April 18 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Prior to the public opening, the Show will host Press Preview Days on Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 8. Dealer/Industry Preview will be held on Friday, April 9.
"New York is home to most major national and international media outlets, and provides a great opportunity for auto companies to show off future and current products, as well as any new safety, technological, or environmental initiatives," said GNYADA president Mark Schienberg.
Kicking off the springtime selling season, the 2004 New York International Auto Show will feature an impressive collection of cutting-edge design and remarkable innovation. More than four floors of displays from the world's automakers will feature their newest vehicles and futuristic concept cars. More than 1,000 cars and trucks will be on display at the Javits Center, filling 846,000 square feet of exhibit space. In addition, dozens of World and North American vehicle debuts are expected at the Show.
