TROY, Mich., Nov. 13, 2003 -- The ArvinMeritor, Inc. board of directors today announced that its annual shareowners' meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) at a location to be specified.
