MINIVAN-iversary Celebrates 'Magic Wagon's' 20th At Walter P. Chrysler Museum, Nov. 15

  WHAT: Chrysler Group 20th MINIVAN-iversary Celebration; admission is free

  WHEN: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15

  WHERE: Walter P. Chrysler Museum, Auburn Hills

WHY: Chrysler Group is marking the 20th anniversary of the "Magic Wagon" -- the very first Minivan -- with a public event celebrating the minivan lifestyle. The extravaganza is Chrysler Group's thanks to consumers for making its "Magic Wagons" the world's best-selling Minivans for two decades.

HIGHLIGHTS: The celebration includes:

* A Chrysler Town & Country Minivan Giveaway (DaimlerChrysler employees and their immediate families are ineligible to win.);

* Sports clinics with the pros from Jason Thompson Baseball, Total Soccer and Mulligan's Golf Center;

* Friends Certificates for a one percent below invoice discount on a Chrysler Group vehicle;

  *  A $1,000 Gander Mountain Sweepstakes;

* 10 a.m. -- The Minivan Moms, a precision marching group from Grosse Pointe, Mich. will open the MINIVAN-iversary with a choreographed routine on the Museum's front steps. (The Minivan Moms will also march through the event at 11 a.m.)

* 1:30 p.m. -- Chrysler Group President and CEO Dieter Zetsche will lead the Chrysler Town & County Minivan giveaway. Finalists will draw a key for a chance to start the minivan's engine. The finalist whose key starts the engine wins a brand new minivan.
