Timken Awards Agency of the Year and Rep of the Year

CANTON, Ohio, Nov. 12, 2003 -- The Timken Company presented its annual awards Agency of the Year to Hirsig-Frazier Company Incorporated and Individual Rep of the Year to Michael Glazier of Glazier Sales Associates at its National Sales Meeting during the Automotive Warehouse Dealers Association Conference in Las Vegas, NV, November 2.

"Hirsig-Frazier executed teamwork to complete a multitude of tactics that exceeded customer expectations. That coupled with substantial sales growth since last year earned the agency this distinguished honor," said Bob Gracey, national sales manager -- automotive aftermarket -- Timken.

Glazier was voted Individual Rep of the Year for superior customer relationship management. "His tremendous dedication and consistent performance in delivering results for Timken earned Glazier this award," said Gracey.

Timken also presented a third award for special service to Charles Whitey McLean of N. A. Williams Company for outstanding service for the past five years.
