FISHER/UNITECH Unveils SupportExpress Instant Technical Support Solution for SolidWorks

TROY, Mich.--Nov. 1, 20032, 2003--FISHER/UNITECH, a Michigan-based engineering technologies firm today announced SupportExpress, a chat-based technical support solution for the Company's SolidWorks maintenance customers.

SupportExpress is unique to FISHER/UNITECH and is available as both a SolidWorks add-in and a standalone version. SupportExpress allows easy data transfer of files between the user and FISHER/UNITECH support staff, providing accurate system information and quickly transferring screen captures. SupportExpress for SolidWorks is free to all customers with a current maintenance contract and will be available as a download from the Company's technical support website (http://support.funtech.com) as of December 1st, 2003. This version works within the SolidWorks FeatureManager Tree.

A standalone version is available for non-SolidWorks users. Please contact FISHER/UNITECH for details.
