United Components Third Quarter Earnings Call to be held on November 12, 2003

ALBION, Ill.--Nov. 1, 20030, 2003--United Components, Inc. will report financial results for the third quarter of 2003 on Tuesday, November 11, 2003. Following the earnings release, the Company will conduct its quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties on Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
