Chrysler Group's Employee Resource Groups Help Brighten Lives For Homeless and At-Risk Girls

Employees remodel and redecorate activity room for residents

WHAT: Four of Chrysler Groups Employee Resource Groups -- Asian, Hispanic, People of Diversity (GLBT) and Women -- will beautify the living quarters of Alternatives for Girls (residential facility). The volunteers will paint and redecorate the activity room, outfitting it with computers, televisions, desks and couches. Chrysler Group employees also will donate toys and games for the younger residents.

Alternatives for Girls is a nonprofit organization that helps homeless and high risk girls to make positive choices for their lives.

DaimlerChrysler Employee Resource Groups are internal volunteer organizations.
