America's Car-Mart Announces Opening of New Dealerships

BENTONVILLE, Ark., Nov. 4, 2003 -- America's Car-Mart, Inc. today announced the opening of a new dealership located in Neosho, Missouri. This new location marks the third new dealership opening since the Company's current fiscal year began on May 1, 2003.

"This new dealership is our sixth location in Missouri," commented T. J. ("Skip") Falgout, III, Chief Executive Officer of America's Car-Mart. "We expect to also open three additional dealerships in Texas in November and December of this year, in Paris, Nacogdoches, and Lufkin, Texas."

"The new dealership in Neosho is a great location for us," stated Hank Henderson, President of America's Car-Mart. "We already have customers in that area from our Joplin, Missouri dealership, and the Neosho location will allow us to better serve those customers, as well as expand the Neosho area market."
